We’re launching a new weekly blog: 3–5 Easy Eye Exercises You Can Do at Home.

Starting September 1, every Monday you’ll get simple, practical exercises designed to train your vision and help your eyes work better together. These tools can improve focus, reduce strain, and support your long-term visual health.

Why We’re Doing This


Too many people spend years in chronic pain, getting misdiagnosed or put on harmful medications that don’t address the real issue: binocular vision dysfunction (BVD). By training the visual system, you can finally get to the root of the problem.
