Last week, we kicked off our eye training journey with foundational exercises that built control, awareness, and flexibility. This week, we’re turning up the intensity. Part 2 of our program introduces Tabata-style eye training: a fast, structured, high-intensity interval workout designed specifically for your visual system.
Most people never think of their eyes as muscles that need training—but they are. And just like the rest of your body, they get stiff, weak, and tired when you sit at a screen all day. That’s why this week’s program uses the 20-second-on, 10-second-off rhythm that athletes have used for decades to build endurance and precision.
Each section targets a key part of your visual performance:
Eye Stretches to release tension and expand range of motion
Pursuits to sharpen smooth tracking
VOR Training to strengthen head-eye coordination and stability
Extreme Convergence to build near-focus power and reduce visual fatigue
This protocol trains not just your eye muscles, but also the neural pathways that connect your eyes, brain, and balance system. When practiced consistently, it can improve focus, reduce headaches, ease dizziness, and help you feel more grounded in your body.
Your eyes are small, but they’re powerful. Treat them like the performance tools they are.
