🟣 Pen In a Cup - Visual-Motor Integration
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Have a partner sit or stand in front of you to observe your eye movements.
1. Stand with good posture and bring the pen to your shoulder
2. Have your partner move the cup (opening facing you) in a slow random direction.
3. Follow the cup with your eyes as accurately as you can. With one fluid motion, move the pen from your shoulder into the target.
4. Repeat procedure.
5. If you make a mistake, don't correct your mistake. Simply, start over.
6. Perform smooth and accurate eye movements.
7. Keep your head and body straight.
8. Don’t sway side to side.
9. Make one accurate fluid motion during each attempt.
